2 More Records Fall at Marlins Christmas Invite

The Marlin’s record book continues to change!  Sarah Williford narrowly broke Anna Gleyzer’s five year old record in the 13-14 girls 1000 free with a new time of 10:26.43.  Also, Ansley Crenshaw lowered her existing record in the girls 15-16 1000 free to a new time of 10:27.83.  Congratulations girls!

The meet was a great mid-season report card for all of the swimmers. The swimmers were able to see how all of their hard work at practice is paying off and what else needs to be done to reach their end of season goals.  Several new time standards were achieved (B, BB, A, AA, AAA, AAAA) and new cuts were made (Age Group State and Sectional).  Good job everyone!
